Red Mountain Institute  collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors:

We may also collect emails which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. Red Mountain Institute  does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information such as ip address, visitor length of visit, keywords, and click behavior.  We collect demographic data in order to better understand who is interested in your school program.

We verify the accuracy of this information by using Google Analytics Web software.

We collect this information through collection methods, such as registration forms, clickstream tracking, automatic logging files.

The personal  information is collected voluntarily and web data is tracked involuntarily.   To receive our products and services, personal information  is mandatory because we direct mail all our school applications and books to students directly.  Also, we collect web user information to improve the quality of our content. Other information we request is optional.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Red Mountain Institute  to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do collect personally identifiable information such as time on the site and click through  rates on links.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site may collect the following information: page source of link, user location and other computer specifications such as operating system.

Third parties collect the following information at our Web site (not limited to): IP address, computer specification, web browser specification, keywords, link tracking and other related online user data.
Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Red Mountain Institute  will be used for providing school application documents, information and related support material such as grant and funding opportunities.  Users who provide information will receive applications, services, email announcements or advertisements.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will  be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not  supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We will NOT share data with the following third parties.
